Rebar Detailing & BBS

InSteel Engineers use world leading 3D&2D REBAR Detailing & BBS software’s such as Tekla CIP, Tekla Precast, Rebar CAD (CADSRC), AutoCAD. Ins. Insteel has skilled manpower who can deliver as per client’s methodology of drafting by simulating layering, naming conventions, plot styles and standards. We can combine data, concepts and sketches to give clients accurate final drawings.

• Our 3D & 2D Detailers are well trained on both Tekla CIP, AutoCAD and Rebar CAD ( ADS RC)

• Our Rebar experts ensure that the rebar and BBS are as per client’s standard.

• We adopt best suited rebar and BBS checking methods.

• We submit drawings progressively, which can be either viewed thru Autodesk Viewer or PDF, which means Clients/Contractors need not to have actual rebar software license at their end.


Special methodology adopted by INSTEEL for Rebar detailing
Following points are taken care of while working on Rebar Detailing.

RECONCILIATION: Uses data of Reinforcement steel lying at site provided by clientsfor Rebar
   detailing & reconciliation.

BAR BENDING SCHEDULE: Provides Bar Bending schedule in MS Excel format with bar shape diagram      of each schedule bar with weight in each line.

ADHERENCE TO CONSTRUCTION METHODOLOGY: Insteel works as per construction methodology   described by Site team &as per site conditions, i.e. casting sequence, Pour Marking etc.

USE OF CADS RC: Uses specialized software CADS RC for Reinforcement Detailing which has  automated BBS generation.

USE OF TEKLA CIP: Insteel implements 3D by using special software Tekla CIP for complex Reinforcement Detailing to avoid Clashes with the MEP services & other Reinforcements so that site progress is not hampered.

3D IMPLEMENTATION: Implementing 3D, benefits in resolving clashes in virtual construction prior toactual build on site.
