• Intumescent Fireproofing System : Water Based And Solvent Based.
We offer following types of Passive Fire Protection with complete Technical Assistance:
Type A:
• Hydrocarbon Fire: High Density Vermiculite and Special Intumescent Coatings.
• For Hydrocarbon Fire Temperature rises within no time (Spontaneously) during fire and for the same reason the special type of materials are used for Passive Fire Protection.
• Examples of such fires are the fire occurs in the petrochemical storage plants.
• With the help of the specially manufactured material from our expert vendors, we provides solution for Hydrocarbon Fire by Using High Density Vermiculite or specially approved Intumescent Coatings.
• This material helps to achieve fire rating from 30 Minutes to 4 Hours as per BS/ UL Standards.
• This System Includes application of Compatible Primer of structural steel member after which High Density Vermiculite Sprays are applied with reference to desired thickness and then it is top coated by approved Paints
• It can withstand even in directly in contact with the atmosphere.
Type B:
Cellulosic Fire:
• Vermiculite Fire Protection: Low Density and Medium Density Cement / Gypsum Based Products.
• Vermiculite Fire Protection for cellulosic fire has wide range of application. Where most of burning content is of cellulosic material e.g. Wood, Paper etc.
• We can offer fire rating from 30 Mins to 4 Hours as per requirement of client and consultant with approved BS as well as UL Standards.
• This System Includes application of Compatible Primer of structural steel member after which Vermiculite Sprays are applied with reference to desired thickness.
• This material helps to achieve fire rating from 30 Minutes to 4 Hours as per BS/ UL Standards.
• This System Includes application of Compatible Primer of structural steel member after which High Density Vermiculite Sprays are applied with reference to desired thickness and then it is top coated by approved Paints.
• Vermiculite fire protection mostly used when it is not directly exposed to environment and many times it is hidden behind fall ceilings.
• As per required it can be kept open and can be painted also.
Intumescent Fire protection:
• Intumescent Coatings are used when low thickness is required to achieve the desired Fire Rating.
• We can suggest fire rating from 30 minutes to 4 hours as per the desired parameters.
• Intumescent paints are used when the fireproofing needs to be done considering the aesthetic look of the structural steel and it needs to be kept open for naked eyes.
• Intumescent paints are mostly used in High Rise Buildings, Airports, Malls etc. Where steel is kept open to the aircontioned atmosphere inside the building.
• Intumescent System comprises of Compatible primer as base coat, after which thin filmed intumescent coatings are applied to the desired thickness and final coat consists of PU paints.
